Walk N' Roll is fun, therapeutic and brings together like-minded walkers who know the benefits of a toned body and excellent balance and posture!

The MBT Walk N'Roll Club is a unique outdoor fitness club for walkers. The group was founded by walking enthusiast Nell Block so that locals and visitors to San Francisco could enjoy together the wellness and healthful experience of walking while wearing MBTs, the very finest footwear available. *The club is now open to walkers in any type of footwear, although MBT's make walking much more rewarding and fun.

MBT (Masai Barefoot Technology) was discovered by Swiss engineer Karl Muller in 1996 and is based on the secret of the Masai, a semi-nomadic tribe from East Africa well known for excellent posture. Masai technology employs the simple fact that walking barefoot on soft, natural ground means that walkers have to balance their bodies with every step. Learn more about MBT technology: MBT Website
